Top Tips for a successful Jubilee weekend

As we begin prep for the Jubilee celebrations this week, make sure you are ready for a successful bank holiday weekend if you are open.

We have put together some Top Tips on what you can do to ensure a successful bank holiday weekend in your salon…

• Confirm appointments by SMS and/or a courtesy call 2-4 days before their appt to avoid late cancellations and no shows
• Check your clients have paid their deposit (if you have a deposit policy in your salon)
• Make sure your clients are aware of your opening hours over the weekend
• If you still have availability, make sure you shout about being open to all of your client
• Don’t forget to stock up on coffee, cake and Pimms.

Why not reach out to clients who you have not seen in a while?

Go to Menu > Intelligent Marketing > Client Selection > Add Selection > Blank Template > Enter a description (this if for your reference only – the client will not see this) > Select ‘Last visit’ filter and enter 1st Dec 2021 – 31st March 2022 > Select filter ‘no future bookings’ > Save & Get Client Count > Enter SMS text > Send SMS Blast

Please make sure you check the SMS character count before sending. 160 characters = 1 SMS credit, anything over this will cost more.
