We all know Black Friday through to Cyber Monday is the shopping weekend of the year and it’s the perfect opportunity to give your salon revenue a lovely boost.
If you get your Black Friday marketing right you can not only increase your revenue but fill your white space for the first quarter of 2023.
Your first task is to let your clients and potential clients know that you’re taking part and will have offers/promotions available.
Secondly here are five ways you can take advantage of Black Friday and have a really successful weekend.
Do you have electricals or haircare sets that have been stagnant in sales for quite a while? Now is the perfect opportunity to showcase them in salon and across your social media at a discount to clear your stock levels and free up space. Don’t forget to show the RRP next to the sale price to ensure clients know they are getting a bargain. You could even offer gift wrap so people stock up on Christmas gifts.
Do you have many clients that just visit you for one service? Work out your popular services and put together packages to include another less popular service at a discounted rate. This way you’ll also have clients trying new treatments that they may re-book in the future.
Get your clients in the festive mood with a giveaway that starts from Black Friday – it could be a blowdry or a homecare gift set. Either way it’s great social media content and will create a buzz around your salon. You can then ask when they come in for the prize to share images across social media.
Increase revenue and find new clients? What more could you want. Send a message out to all your clients that if they refer a friend that books a future appointment on Black Friday they will receive a discount on their next treatment or a small gift.
