Lily Bigwood

Lily started out in hairdressing at 14, working her way up from Saturday girl to stylist before joining SalonIQ’s customer service team. Having been on both sides of the desk, she really understands what it’s like when things aren’t going smoothly — and how much it helps to have someone friendly on the other end.
