However, managing your staff holidays can be difficult if you don’t have a set of regulations in place to do so. When someone takes leave, why not send an SMS or email out to your clients letting them know that Hannah is going away on holiday and to make an appointment now before she goes away? This is a great way to fill any white space in the column for that particular team member and using salon software makes this far easier to manage.
