We recently met with our new client Lindsay from Cherish Beauty in Washingborough, Lincolnshire. She has recently joined SalonIQ after eleven years of using pen and paper.
Cherish Beauty is a small beauty salon based in a little village just outside of Lincoln. They offer a variety of treatments including nails, Million Dollar Facial, massage, and much more.
Since the pandemic they have been up and down but since using SalonIQ their business has picked up and they have had no no-shows in one month for the first time ever. For this Lindsay says she cannot thank SalonIQ enough.
We asked Lindsay a few questions about how she is settling in with the transition from pen and paper to a system and what her favourite things are;
1 – Why did you chose SalonIQ?
I chose SalonIQ firstly down to the fantastic reviews and then the staff. Every step of the process has been fantastic. Every member of staff I’ve spoken to has made it feel easy to transfer over and every step has been explained to me.
2 – How was the moving process from pen and paper to a software system?
I was concerned about the moving process but the system set up has made it quick and efficient.
3 – What impact has it had on your business?
Since re-opening after Covid19 before we had lots of no-shows, costing us lots of time and money. Since having SalonIQ we have had our first month of no-shows ever. Every client has had positive feedback from the text reminders and the online booking. The next move is to get the app and push my business to the next level.
4 – What is your favourite feature?
We have alot of regular clients who like the same therapist, day and time, with SalonIQ it does this for you. So we no longer have to sit and book individual appointments.
5 – Would you recommend SalonIQ?
I would recommend SalonIQ to other salon owners and every step of their service has been amazing.
