Sharn has over 18 years of customer service experience, 9 years of which were with SalonPartner Software as Client Service Manager. She also has experience on the salon floor working as as Front of House and Software Trainer then Salon Manager for a very successful salon. Sharn strive’s for excellent customer service for all.
Outside of work Sharn is a Wife, Mother of two adult boys and Grand Mother (Nona – Italian) to 2 boys, and dog mother to Louie. Loves travelling abroad and spending time with her family.
