As a SalonIQ Customer Service Advisor, you dedicate your time to providing support and give guidance to all SalonIQ users using our software via telephone and email. You enjoy problem-solving and working as part of a team to resolve customer queries in an acceptable time.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise important tasks over others throughout the day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
