Christmas is fast approaching, your clients will be planning their festive shopping sprees and family gatherings, their Christmas hair and beauty appointments should be in their diaries too.
By now your salon should be at least 70% utilised throughout December.
Now is the perfect time to send out an email reminder to all your clients that have not yet got their Christmas hair and/or beauty bookings in the diary to fill those spaces you have.

There are many types of selections you may choose, from selecting your regulars first, targeting colour clients or lost clients. For example to target all those clients that have been to the salon in the last 6 months but have not yet got an appointment booked in December.In Salon iQ, go to the Main Menu > Communications > Client selections. You may be surprised at how many have still not got an appointment booked in in December.
To create your email via Salon iQ, go to Main Menu > Communications > Email Manager.
