A full 6 months of our salon doors open, a time we have all spent welcoming our clients back into our homes, letting our creative juices flow and making our clients feel gorgeous.
SalonIQ has wrapped up the first half of this year with many salons starting to use our new look and feel of SalonIQ Hub. We have our official launch coming up very soon with social posts, live webinars and so many tutorials and how-to guides to help you along the way.
Our Team
Just like you we have had many challenges in recruiting excellent team members to SalonIQ. Finding the right candidate for the opening positions we have had has not been easy, however we are very pleased to share that we have 2 new members who have joined the IQ family within our support team.
Jade and Tina are now here to answer your calls/emails and assist with any queries you may have regarding SalonIQ.
PLUS, Cara is back! Yes, after 5 months off work and spending time with her new baby boy Arthur, Cara has now re-joined us full time juggling the mix of being a new Mum again and progressing with her career. Cara is very excited to be back with us doing what she loves most, helping YOU.

Summer Fun
We love this time of year, summer sunshine, cocktails and not forgetting our SMS Summer Campaign. We all know that August can be a quiet time for us in our industry, however it doesn’t have to be. Let’s not accept quiet times and instead make a choice to make a change and get bums on seats.
Keep a close eye out for Week 1 of our SMS Summer Campaign, where you will be guided on who to reach out to and encourage to book an appointment in your salon.
Each week for 6 weeks, you will receive steps to create the perfect client selection as well as SMS examples that really do work. You will receive these each Sunday/Monday in your inbox and via our Private Facebook Group. Starts 18th July 2022…
Interested in understanding how SaloniQ can take your business to the next
Your client cancelling their appointment 10 minutes before they are due to see you, or even worse not turning up at all with no contact to let you know is a huge stress on you and a strain on your business.
Running hair and beauty salons ourselves, we know the impact just a handful of no-shows can have.
