Build your October client selection

This month you are looking for active clients who have visited during 2026 but do not yet have an appointment booked in December.

Open Client Selection
Go to Intelligent Marketing, then Client Selection. Select Add Selection and choose Blank Template.

Name your campaign
Give the selection a clear name such as October 2026 - Christmas Bookings so it is easy to find again later.

Set the last visit range
Add the Last Visit filter and select clients who have visited between 1 January 2026 and 30 September 2026.

Exclude December bookings
Add the No Future Booking filter for 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2026. This removes clients who are already booked for Christmas.

Review your client count
Select Save and Get Client Count. Check the audience size before continuing and make sure the selection looks right for your salon.

Create, test and send
Select SMS Blast, choose or paste your October message, check the merge fields, send a test to yourself, then send once you are happy.
Tip: This campaign is designed for clients who already know your salon. There is no need to add a discount. The message works by reminding clients to secure their December appointment before their preferred dates disappear.
